We are a family owned general contracting business operating in Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area. We pride ourselves in the quality and attention to detail of our craftsmanship in concrete, framing and finish carpentry. We value our clients home and workspace believing these spaces provide a sanctuary, a space to call your own; a space to create, to make memories, to grow, to be creative; we build with that in mind.

Steve Vermilion has over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. If you’ve ever driven off Sunset blvd you’ve probably have seen his work. He started with Fejes Construction from the ground up beginning as a framer working his way up to lead superintendent running multiple commercial projects. Under this company Steve worked on commercial buildings in LA, SF and Orange County, as well as custom finish work in Beverly Hills and Bel-Air. Later he worked for Cross Construction, focusing on concrete, foundation and concrete cutting. Here he helped build Nobu in Lido Village, Tartine in West Hollywood, The Row in DTLA, and Iconix Gym in Long Beach.

Ryan Vermilion graduated from CSULB in Mathematics with an Option in Education. After college we worked extensively in Hospitality in Orange county and DTLA where he learned the importance of creating a unique space for people to come together. His love for design, building, and hospitality led him back into construction where he founded Vermilion Construction with his father Steve. For the last 5 years he has been doing foundation and home renovations in LA/OC areas.
